Hit the “Book Now” button on the main page of our site or email us directly at timelesstalesparties@gmail.com! We will send you a booking questionnaire for you to fill out all relevant information about your party details. Check out our packages on our site first! Please also make sure you sign the contract and send the deposit to ensure your booking is complete.

We require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the payment (through PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle) to fully lock in your booking! If you do not send us the deposit AND the signed contract, you may end up forfeiting your desired spot. 

We take the remaining balance paid digitally up to 48 hours in advance before your party or event.

For all parties, our maximum participating children limit is 25 kids. We also require active adult supervision at all events. This is because even with the most experienced performers and assistants, there is too much happening all at once and a large crowd can be difficult to manage for assistants, characters, and adult guests alike. We also find that with more participating guests, the characters do not have as much time for individualized interactions that they would receive in a smaller group.

For mermaid swim parties, our preferred limit is 15 in the water for safety reasons. Swim parties SHOULD have a lifeguard (mertenders do not replace a lifeguard) and MUST have active adult supervision around the water. We would be happy to offer clients recommendations on where to hire excellent lifeguards for parties.

Thank you for wanting to book TTE for your most magical day ever! Due to very high demand, we may ask clients to be flexible with times: we are a very small but dedicated team, and we cannot be anywhere at once! While we can do multiple events in one day, we do need to factor in costume changes and travel times.

Our most popular party times fall between 2:00-4:00 pm, so if you’d like to ensure this time for your event, we highly recommend you book with us 4-6 weeks in advance.

Please contact us ASAP to see if we can reschedule for a date and time that works for both our team and your guests! We will do our best to be flexible and make some magic with your family and friends!

In case of inclement weather, we can either move the party to an indoor location on the same date/time or reschedule to a later date.

In the case of illness or unexpected loss, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate and reschedule. 

Both of our CEOs work in other fields during the day and cannot take phone calls during typical 9-5 business hours. However, we do our absolute best to be extremely prompt via email communication! It is also easier to refer back to written communication in the event of any questions or concerns!

On the day of your party or event, the party motivator/assistant (usually one of our CEOs) will call you to let you know when the performer is outside and ready to go! 

We wish we could accommodate all requests! Though our team may be mighty, we are small, and we will decline requests for dates that have already been secured. Thank you for understanding! Again, we recommend that you book 4-6 weeks in advance.

We update our website and social media with available dates very frequently, so add us to your IG favorites list and get updates from us right on your feed!

We provide services directly to Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island, NY! We even travel out to the Hamptons and the North Fork!

On very rare occasions pending our availability and travel fees, we can service Westchester County. We do not normally service the Queens, Brooklyn, NYC, Staten Island, or the Bronx areas, but please let us know well in advance and we may be able to make something work. Clients in these areas must provide us with parking and cover travel fees.
